By placing an order with Sweet Delights by Layla, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and quality service for all customers.


Order Fulfillment & Availability

Sweet Delights by Layla operates on a made-to-order basis. Availability for pickup, local delivery, and shipping is subject to confirmation.

Pickup & Local Delivery

Local pickup and delivery are available within 30 miles of our residential location.

Pickup and delivery arrangements must be confirmed directly via phone or official Sweet Delights by Layla social media channels.

Local pickups and deliveries are scheduled on Fridays only unless otherwise communicated.

Shipping

Shipping is available for all eligible orders via UPS.

Shipped orders are sent out on Mondays.

Once an order has been shipped, Sweet Delights by Layla is not responsible for carrier delays, damages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.


Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, the following policies apply:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund only if production has not started.

After 24 hours, or once baking/production begins, no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.

Custom orders or large orders must be canceled at least 5 days in advance to qualify for a 50% refund.

All sales are final once an order has been picked up or delivered.


Quality Concerns & Order Issues

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order: You must contact Sweet Delights by Layla within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, resolutions may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Event & Pop-Up Sales

All purchases made at events, pop-ups, or markets are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered for event or pop-up sales.


Food Disclaimer

Sweet Delights by Layla operates as a home-based baking business. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies prior to ordering.


Right to Refuse Service

Sweet Delights by Layla reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
